Lodging:
$75.00 a night per room
$95.00 with private bath
*Prices based on double occupancy. $10.00 for each additional adult.

**A deposit of one night lodging fee is required to hold all room reservations.

*Lodging prices are subject to a State sales tax (6%) and a County sales tax (3%).

Upland Bird Hunting:       September through April
Base packages: Fluorescent orange required by law (hat and vest)
Pheasant - 12 pheasant hunt
          Guided: 1-4 guns, includes dog and handler              $325.00
          Non-guided: (dog owners)                                          $265.00
                      *Additional birds ($20.00 per cock - $17.00 per hen)

Chukar Partridge - 12 bird hunt
          Guided: 1-4 guns, includes dog and handler              $235.00
          Non-guided: (dog owners)                                          $165.00

Turkey:    1 on 1 hunter to guide, 2 on 1 upon request.
          Spring Gobbler – May                                                $205.00
                    Hunt till 12:00 noon, shotgun only
          Fall Turkey - 1st two weeks of November                 $250.00
                    Dawn 'til Dark, rifle or shotgun, either sex

Whitetail:

Archery: Includes lodging, transportation, guide service, breakfast and lunch.
                            October and November (6 weeks)
3 day hunt per person:                                                           $925.00

Rifle: Includes lodging, transportation, guide service and all meals.
                 1st Monday after Thanksgiving (2 weeks long)
3 day hunt per person:                                                           $1,200.00

**We outsource all deer processing and Taxidermy.

Fishing:
-We recommend guides that will target your species on a variety of lakes and rivers.
-Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Trout, and Catfish.

50% deposit, non-refundable is required to hold all fishing and hunting reservations.
